Exhibit Prospectus

On behalf of course director Ashley Ghiaseddin, MD we are writing to request your support as an exhibitor at the UF Health Brain Tumor Symposium on October 24, 2026. This program will be held at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

Our target audience includes medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, surgeons, advanced practice providers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals engaged in cancer care. We anticipate 75-100 attendees. This conference is a great opportunity to make and solidify relationships, and fulfill your marketing needs and sales objectives through person-to-person communication and marketing.

Exhibits will be located outside the meeting room, near the area where breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks will be served. Exhibitors should visit our Exhibit Registration Site when they are ready to register, and review the information in this prospectus for important details. Please note that the Exhibitor Contract is due as soon as your organization has approved participation, and payment is expected prior to the conference.

Promotional Add-On Opportunities

Reception Supporter $15,000

Secure exclusive sponsorship of the Friday evening reception, held from 6:00–8:00 pm prior to the symposium. Benefits include prominent logo recognition on event signage and printed materials, verbal acknowledgment by event staff during the reception, reserved sponsor visibility in the reception space, and listing on the symposium website.

This sponsorship provides enhanced brand visibility during a key networking opportunity for attendees, faculty, and exhibitors in a relaxed social setting. All sponsorship recognition is limited to signage, listings, and acknowledgments and does not influence educational content, faculty selection, or program agenda. Funds support reception logistics in accordance with ACCME and industry compliance standards.

Refreshment Break Ad – $1,000

Your company logo and name on printed recognition materials during one refreshment break.
